Job Description:
  1. Maintain sales levels and contact with existing customers.
  2. Prospect and develop sales with new customers in existing areas of operation.
  3. Increase revenue by expanding sales of new products and services to existing customers.
  4. Maintain client list with constantly updated information.
Job Responsibilities:
  1. SELL!! SELL!! SELL!!
  2. Meet with selected existing customers at lease once every 2 weeks.
  3. Familiarize yourself with all existing equipment we service utilizing tech manuals, manufacturers info, other members of the company. Develop schedule of visits to each territory.
  4. Attend mandatory sales meeting every Monday @ 10 a.m.
  5. Turn in your call/visit work sheets at the end of each day.
  6. Call into the office at least twice a day to check messages.
  7. Return all pages. 20 minutes No Dash. 5 minutes Dash 1.
  8. Maintain professional appearances at all times. No tee shirts, ripped jeans, flip flops.
  9. Fill out complete pool profile sheet on every pool we do business with and if possible, each new pool visited. Make a copy for yourself and turn in original to the office.
  10. Assist with pool product deliveries and service calls.
  11. Scheduled work days include Saturdays during the months of April - June. Five days a week during other months.
  12. Work all trade shows. Some may be on weekends.
  13. Abide by the Companies Policy and Procedures.
  14. To be a loyal and supportive company representative at all times.
